Admission Requirements

We believe that it is of the utmost importance that our guests, their owners and our staff are all safe and comfortable during their time with us—with this in mind, please take note of the following requirements and guidelines:

Socialisation Assessment

The safety and security of all of our dogs is of upmost importance. To adequately evaluate as to whether your pet is suited to the daycare environment we do an extensive evaluation which includes at least half a day's assessment under the supervision of our training manager. This assessment is charged on the daycare rate.

Prior to leaving your dog you will need to complete certain documentation that gives us a full picture of your pet. If you would like to book an assessment please complete the following forms and forward to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) and we will contact you regarding an appropriate time to assess your dog.

Vaccinations

Provide proof of up-to-date C5 vaccinations. Guests must have been vaccinated earlier than two weeks prior to their stay.

Spaying & Neutering

We prefer that your dog is desexed but will continue to evaluate dogs on a case by case basis. We will continue to take undesexed animals up to 6 months of age.

Age

Puppies and kittens are accepted from the age of four months. Senior dogs who are suitable for a group play environment are very welcome.

Our Nannies are dedicated to take good care of your pets, on your behalf.

PawPaws’ Nannies

We realise that the best materials in foods, products and equipment don’t matter much without the right people to handle the task of taking care of your pet.

Because of this, we assign Nannies who take personal responsibility for the care of your dogs. They undertake routine tasks such as preparing and delivering meals, supervising playtime, putting them to bed and waking them in the morning. They also make efforts to get to know your pets, their wants and needs, not to mention likes and dislikes, so that they can make sure that your pets are happy every day—and so we are aware when something is wrong.

This assigned Nanny will be a key figure to you as well, welcoming upon your arrival, reassuring you that your dogs receive the care they deserve, and delivering a thorough report on your dogs' holiday when you return.

We really value our Nannies and consider them important in bringing about the attention and affection that is so much a part of the PawPaws experience.

At PawPaws we pay great attention to our customers.
