Thank you for choosing PawPaws for your pets. Below is the PawPaws terms and conditions, please read them carefully and acknowledge your acceptance.

Socialization Assessment

In order to ensure a safe and harmonious environment at PawPaws, doggie hotel guests are required to undergo a behavioral assessment with one of our qualified trainers before being accepted for the first time as a guest, and periodically thereafter. This will also help us to agree upon the best care for your pet (especially puppies and senior citizens) as well as to identify any special needs. The assessment is charged on the daycare rate.

No booking can be finalized without having completed and passed a Socialization Assessment

Bookings

All long term bookings must be paid in full by a valid credit card at the time of booking. Upon check-in photo ID will be required to prevent credit card fraud.

Cancellations and/or Non Arrival

Cancellations and amendments can be made up to 24 hours prior to 9:00AM on the day of arrival and a refund will be organized. Any cancellation made after this time results in full prepayment being forfeited.
