Terms & Conditions

Accommodation

  • All Pets must appear in good physical condition and of sound temperament at time of admission and will be subject to a physical evaluation and a temperament and behavioural assessment prior to admission.
  • All pets must be up to date with annual C5 (F3 for cats) vaccination at least 10 days prior to admission. Proof of vaccination or contact details for consulting veterinarian are required.
  • All dogs over 7 months of age are required to be spayed or neutered prior to admission.
  • Upon admission your pet may be treated by us with Capstar® (Nitenpyram) to prevent transmission of fleas.
  • A valid credit card is required in order to secure a booking. All bookings require payment upfront at time of admission. Cancellations may be made up to 5 days prior to check in. Cancellations made after this time or no-shows will be charged in full to the credit card supplied in the event no alternate method of payment is provided. We regret cancelation fees are not negotiable.
  • In the unlikely event your pet becomes unwell or requires emergency vet treatment during a stay with us, we reserve the right to seek vet treatment at your full liability. All damages incurred by this will be charged to the credit card provided in the event no alternate method of payment is made available.
  • We reserve the right to refuse admission or suspend service to any pet at our discretion and without prior notice.

Day Care

  • A minimum 48 hours notice is required to cancel a day care booking. No shows and cancellations without sufficient notice will be charged in full. We regret cancellation fees are strictly non negotiable.
  • Upon admission your pet may be treated by us with Capstar® (Nitenpyram) to prevent transmission of fleas.
  • In the unlikely event your pet becomes unwell or requires emergency vet treatment during a stay with us we reserve the right to seek treatment at your full liability.
  • Day care passes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are strictly individual. We regret day care passes are non refundable or transferrable.
  • We reserve the right to refuse admission or suspend service to any pet at our discretion and without prior notice.

Salon & Day Spa

  • All pets must be up to date with annual C5 (F3 for cats) vaccination at least 10 days prior to admission. Proof of vaccination or contact details for consulting veterinarian are required prior to admission.
  • A minimum 48hours notice is required to cancel an appointment. No shows, Failure to provide sufficient notice or appointments missed due to lateness’ will be charged in full. We regret cancelation fees are not negotiable.
  • Upon admission any pets found to have fleas will automatically be subject to a flea bath at your full liability.
  • The salon and day spa operates by appointment from 8am to 5pm Monday to Saturday. Should you need to drop your pet off or pick up outside of these hours day care fees will apply.
  • Prices quoted for Salon services are an approximation only. Exact cost will be determined upon presentation according to individual’s size, breed and coat condition. Please confirm accurate pricing for your pet prior to admission.
  • We reserve the right to refuse admission or suspend service to any pet at our discretion and without prior notice.

Waiver and Indemnity

In consideration of PawPaws™ (Rosebery) Pty Ltd agreeing to provide services to my pet(s);

1. I acknowledge that:

      1.1 In allowing my pet(s), to use the services and facilities, PawPaws™ (Rosebery) Pty Ltd  has relied solely on my representation that my pet(s) are in good physical health and has never previously harmed or shown aggressive or threatening behaviour towards any other person, animal or thing;

      1.2 PawPaws™ (Rosebery) Pty Ltd is a cage free and off lead facility and I accept the inherent risks of injury and/or transmission of illness to my pet(s) associated with such a facility;

      1.3 I have been informed that PawPaws™ (Rosebery) Pty Ltd uses Capstar® (Nitenpyram) as the primary defence against fleas.  I understand and agree to my pet(s) being treated with Capstar® (Nitenpyram) at the time of admission.

      1.4 I have been provided with the opportunity to read the PawPaws™ (Rosebery) Pty Ltd Waiver and Indemnity and the Terms and Conditions, and I understand and agree to be bound by them.

      1.5 In agreeing to use the services and facilities of PawPaws™ (Rosebery) Pty Ltd and in executing this agreement I have not relied upon any representation or statement other than that contained in this Waiver and Indemnity and the Terms and Conditions.

2. I agree that:

    2.1 I indemnify PawPaws™ (Rosebery) Pty Ltd against any loss, damage or harm occasioned or contributed by the actions of my pet(s) whilst at PawPaws™ (Rosebery) Pty Ltd;
    2.2 Whilst my pet(s) is in the care and custody of PawPaws™ (Rosebery) Pty Ltd in the event of an emergency, PawPaws™ (Rosebery) Pty Ltd, its agents and/or representatives may seek immediate veterinary care for my pet(s).
    3.2 I  must be responsible for any and all costs or damage associated with any of the matter raised in clauses 2.1 and 2.2  and provide  PawPaws™ (Rosebery) Pty Ltd with my credit card information and provide my irrevocable authorisation for PawPaws™ (Rosebery) Pty Ltd to debit such credit card in payment of any such costs or damage;

I hereby release PawPaws™ (Rosebery) Pty Ltd, its employees and agents, from any liability and indemnify PawPaws™ (Rosebery) Pty Ltd against any claim whatsoever arising in any manner from my pet(s) use of the services and facilities of PawPaws™ (Rosebery) Pty Ltd, regardless of the manner in which any such claim or liability may arise and whether or not such liability or claim is occasioned by the negligence or actions of PawPaws™ (Rosebery) Pty Ltd, its employees or agents.
